No maintenance markup
We check what needs fixing and gather quotes from vetted tradespeople. Below your agreed approval threshold, we arrange the work; above it, we contact you first. The contractor's invoice is passed to you at cost, with no markup.
Low overheads
No high-street branch to pay for. We keep our running costs down and pass the saving on through a 6% management fee, with your first month free.

Fully compliant, fully transparent

Registered with an approved property redress scheme, giving you and your tenants an independent route to resolve any dispute.

Registered with the Information Commissioner's Office. Tenant and landlord data is handled under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We carry professional indemnity insurance, so you're covered if we ever get something wrong.
