Common questions
I already have tenants in place. Can I switch to Dome?
Yes. The sign-up asks for your tenancy and tenant details, so we can manage an existing tenancy from day one.
Can you take over from my current agent?
Yes. Once you've signed up, we can contact your previous agent to collect the tenancy agreement and certificates, so you don't have to chase them.
What happens when a repair is needed?
Your tenant reports it to us. Anything under the limit you set is booked straight away with a vetted contractor. Anything above it comes to you for approval first. You pay the contractor's price with zero markup.
What documents will I need?
Your signed tenancy agreement, Gas Safety Certificate, EICR and EPC. You can email the PDFs once you're signed up, or ask your previous agent to send them over.
What if my property is outside London?
For now, Dome covers London postcodes only (E, EC, N, NW, SE, SW, W and WC). The postcode check on this page will let you know.
